I strongly do not recommend Real Property Management Distinguished Care. My experience with the owner, Calen Pangle, and his assistant, Rafael Warde, was defined by poor communication, repeated misinformation, and a complete lack of urgency around serious maintenance issues. The unit sat vacant for over a month before I moved in. Despite being required to pay $35 per month for air filters, I walked into a unit with a visibly dirty, used filter already in place and black mold already present.
