Absolutely terrible experience with Real Property Management. The tenants left the property in horrible condition, and the management company did almost nothing to protect our interests or recover damages. We had to completely replace the entire carpet because it was ripped and heavily damaged by the tenant’s pet, and the backyard was left full of weeds and completely neglected.
