I've been with RPM Diaryland as an owner of a duplex for about a year and a half now. In that time I can now say that I cash flow and my tenants are well taken care of. I have only been with them for 3 months. I have six properties and I'm so happy I tested them with only one. I have Always managed my own properties. My son suggested I give a property management company a try. I don't like the idea of not being able to speak with someone. I have no idea when I will actually get a Rent payment. This is the reason for my low rating of this company
