These guys are great. Communication is excellent, years of attempting to eliminate bindweed and horrible weeds on my lawn gone in a few months with Tyler and his crew. It’s cheaper to have them do it than try to attempt it myself. And with products safer for dogs than the other competition how can you go wrong ? Thanks Tyler, I enjoy cutting my grass again.

These people bought the building where I live and immediately started charging me a fee to pay them rent. They also try and force you to pay for an account for your pet on some service, but we are already paying pet rent. Today at 7 am, someone started hammering on the wall outside my bedroom, replacing a huge section of siding. My partner and I work second and third shift. I laid down to sleep at 6am. Not a good fit for scaling investors. Fee Model: RPMs fees are on the higher end in comparison to other Property Managers in the area. RPM Dairyland’s fee model is filled with admin charges, coordination markups, and vague maintenance costs—all with little cost control.
