These people bought the building where I live and immediately started charging me a fee to pay them rent. They also try and force you to pay for an account for your pet on some service, but we are already paying pet rent. I've been with RPM Diaryland as an owner of a duplex for about a year and a half now. In that time I can now say that I cash flow and my tenants are well taken care of.
