Do your research and read the reviews. I was overwhelmed with other projects and did not take the time to thoroughly research this company. READ THE REVIEWS. From day one, I felt that this company was out to put any renter in my townhouse that I just renovated. They had someone ready to rent immediately. I was not sent background information, credit check, or references for the renters. Big red flag. RPM Corazon Reno did not notify me of repairs over $300 as the contract states. DO NOT RENT FROM CORAZON REAL ESTATE/REAL PROPERTY MANAGEMENT CORAZON I began renting from Corazon in October 2014, and provided a $425.00 security deposit. I moved out in May 2017. I left this apartment is PERFECT condition, other than a carpet stain. Corazon advised me not to have the carpets cleaned, even by a professional before moving out, so I followed their specific request. Horrible management! They never fix the problem just bandaid it and they keep raising the rent.

I have been with them almost a year now, and I can honestly say I have had no issues. They are understanding when I needed to pay rent late, and did not even charge me a late fee. When I need something fixed, they are on it. They are good people. and the ones complaining obviously had other issues going on.

They are very rude and unprofessional the day I was there there was a couple asking for their help they are very arrogant and ignore people they don't realize they have a job because of the people they need to be more nice and more willing to help the people

I'd like to give them no stars but unfortunately I don't have that option. I could write a whole book on how crappy this place is but I'll try to keep it short. My fiance, daughter and I were looking to move into our first place and found a nice little apartment for a reasonable amount of money that Corazon was renting out. We had read reviews on Yelp about them being a terrible place and they like to charge you for things that you didn't do. This rental agency is the worst. They rip you off and they LIE about everything. They take advantage of people. Nothing in those apartments work properly. Also contacting The Better Business Bureau. I have pictures and many evidence about what big liers and rip off you ALL are!!! Staff are rude and never remember nothing. Stop ripping honest people off!!!
