This place is absolutely terrible. I ended up in the hospital due to lung cancer and informed the company I’d be just a little late as I’m not able to leave the icu for me to make a payment. They decided to laugh at me and went to my home and hung a 10 day notice saying well not my problem figure it out urself. After multiple emails back and forth with Rachel Wilcox, who said she would work with when I said I could make a payment laughed at me and told me and my pregnant wife to enjoy being homeless. These people are slum lords. I’m in a newly rented unit at Westport edge condos, I haven’t even been here a full week. My washing machine is full of mold and it SMELLS like mold. Light bulbs were not replaced, battery to the thermostat were not replaced, the patio door let’s all the cold air in so this place in the winter is going to cost me a fortune. The casing on the faucet fell off when I used it. The floor mouldings/quarter round aren’t tacked down, they’re just there for show. The maintenance man said he would be here ... read more
