Be prepared to have them lose information, not respond to maintenance requests, and treat you rude.
They took over twin oaks in harrisonville and they are worse then the old owners. These people are slum lords and care about money not the ppl. Mold infested apartments and zero respect for ppl living here. On site maintenance is incompetent. They spray painted over the mold and said to deal with it or get evicted. Also left a threaten to evict me over a pair of shoes sitting in my door step. Avoid these people At all cost unless you have no self respect
Real Property Management really cares about their tenants and the properties. They have always been really prompt with any issues we have run into. Hands down the best property management team I have worked with while renting. 10/10 would definitely recommend!
We enlisted the help of Real Property Mgmt immediately after we purchased our rental property in Lee's Summit, MO. Even through crazy winter weather in the area, they very quickly helped us get the property ready and listed for rent. Communication was excellent all the way through and our property was rented very quickly! The ease in working with them has been wonderful and we plan to use them on our next property!
if I could give this company zero stars, I would! This company is very unprofessional. They do not have a dedicated line or customer service to assist with issues. The owner of the properties so-called Frank I’m not sure how he’s the owner of the company. Very disrespectful, very dismissive and very unhelpful.
