These people are slum lords. I’m in a newly rented unit at Westport edge condos, I haven’t even been here a full week. My washing machine is full of mold and it SMELLS like mold. Light bulbs were not replaced, battery to the thermostat were not replaced, the patio door let’s all the cold air in so this place in the winter is going to cost me a fortune. The casing on the faucet fell off when I used it. The floor mouldings/quarter round aren’t tacked down, they’re just there for show. The maintenance man said he would be here ... read more
