I have been living in hell for the last 6 years. Home owners bought as an investment and then brought RMP in to manage the property. They do nothing to maintain the home or know how to deal with problem tenants. I am a homeowner that lives right beside the problem property. Trash, drug dealing and use, used needles , health and safety, code issues , domestic violence issues etc. 2 evictions only because they didn’t pay rent. My quality of life has been terrible. Lived in a property managed by Elissa for almost 3 years. I felt well taken care of and generally felt that my needs were addressed whenever certain repairs or maintenance were needed. The portal made it convenient to submit payments and report any issues in the apartment, and Elissa were pretty responsive as well. She was especially communicative when it came to communicating with the owner of the property, which was extremely helpful when we realized our fridge was broken and needed to be replaced. What happened to this company?? They just disappeared, they don't respond to emails or phone calls. Leaving customers and vendors abandoned 😱 Was this company a scumbag? Anyone else had been a victim of real property management ?? 2025
Elissa and Glyn managed a three-unit building in Cambridge for my family, both when my sister was living there and after she moved out. They took care of all tenant issues including leases, rents, repairs, etc. They were easy to reach, very responsive and the communication was smooth. During the sale of the building, Elissa worked closely with my agent and was very available, involved and extremely helpful. Having everything taken care of and the peace of mind for us was well worth the cost of their service!
