As a home owner, it has been awful experience. Tenants are calling me with issues to complain about the management company. When the smallest issues arise, they manage them horribly, which ultimately cost you more money and your tenants huge headaches! They don't perform inspection as promised and don't own up to their own mistakes, leaving you with unnecessary cost and issues. Save yourself the aggravation and DO NOT use them.
