In a nutshell: run the other way. Terrible from start to finish. I had several problems: 1) they rented my condo WELL under the market value (which several of my neighbors of the same size were getting in rent); 2) took several months to rent in a strong market and would have charged $1000 to get out of the contract; 3) they allowed my renters to get a puppy WITHOUT my approval; 4) they charged me for the damages incurred at the end of the lease.
