My three roommates and I have had nothing but excellent experiences with Steve as our landlord for our year-long lease. When our hot water heater went out, he got a repairman (and then a replacement water heater!) quickly. Steve was always extremely kind to us both in person, and by phone/email. We would happily rent from Real Property Management Classic again!
Steve Geidl stands out among property managers. He knows real estate and his background is in finance. This combination makes him uniquely qualified as a property manager. He always has the owners' best interest at heart. He is a great guy and just overall fun to work with too! I highly recommend him.
