With all the 5 star ratings on this company they have to be fake or something. I rented a house from this company for 3 years and the only time they answered the phone was when they wanted to charge me for something. I was charged every month for “Tenant Package” that included literally nothing but was supposed to be “benefits” for us but instead we received a total of 3 air filters in 3 years. I’ve had a great experience with Justin. Anytime an issue has come up, they’ve been quick to respond and always get things fixed right away. It makes such a difference knowing that maintenance requests are handled promptly and professionally. Communication is easy, and I’ve always felt like they genuinely care about keeping the property well maintained. Took 3+ months to actually get someone in the home after I was told I shouldn't put my house on the market fully furnished because it would take 3+ months to get someone in. I sold all my things (prior Airbnb set up) just for it to take 3+ months anyway to get someone in. They dropped the ball in numerous places and don't communicate within their own team.
