With all the 5 star ratings on this company they have to be fake or something. I rented a house from this company for 3 years and the only time they answered the phone was when they wanted to charge me for something. I was charged every month for “Tenant Package” that included literally nothing but was supposed to be “benefits” for us but instead we received a total of 3 air filters in 3 years. It makes such a difference knowing that maintenance requests are handled promptly and professionally. Communication is easy, and I’ve always felt like they genuinely care about keeping the property well maintained.
