Took 3+ months to actually get someone in the home after I was told I shouldn't put my house on the market fully furnished because it would take 3+ months to get someone in. I sold all my things (prior Airbnb set up) just for it to take 3+ months anyway to get someone in. They dropped the ball in numerous places and don't communicate within their own team. I have had positive experience my only issue thus far was with communication emails and text are answered quickly which is my preferred method but reaching someone quickly by phone has not been as easy which most everyone prefers the digital at 68 sometimes I panic and want to talk to someone right then and there. It has only occurred twice in the past year and both times when I first moved in. The resident portal is great and easy to use was able to access it from day 1 after move in.
Karla specifically but in general the whole office was so amazing to do business with ! She was so sweet, detailed with all my questions, and made the process effortless overall. Would definitely recommend doing business with her and real property management. Super excited to move into our rental !
