I just got off the phone with Nicole and I cannot give her enough kudos as a licensed realtor myself. I approach these interactions from a professional perspective and the level of due diligence and a reasonableness she brings to the business is truly fantastic. It is clear that this property management team operates with a high level of integrity and if you are looking for a rental, this is definitely a prime option. Highly recommend!
Customer service is sooooo bad. It's like no one wants to talk to you! I didn't recieve a curtesty call to remind me my tenant's lease was up. I found out only after they had moved out and that's because RPM needed me to pay for something! I asked 3 times to recieved pictures of my property and have yet to recieve any. No one ever answers the office phone, you have to leave a message and hope they get back to you or send an email to the support box and hope they get back to you.
Unresponsive. Even in an emergency. Greedy. Corrupt. Whether your house is flooding or your air conditioning is busted. Absolute trash.
