Worst experience dealing with a property management company. Went days without any contact during freezing conditions. Sent unqualified handyman to deal with major mechanical issues.
I WISH I COULD GIVE NEGATIVE STARS! Hands down the worst property management company in existence. They are terrible people with a terrible business practice. They will charge you completely ridiculous fees for everything and you don't get a choice. Resigning lease fees after we've lived here for over 5 years. Raising the rent to ridiculous prices but will not fix the house. Blame the owner for everything but he is actually a nice guy. They falsify mold reports. Been with them for over a year now and am very pleased. They found a very good new tenant for my house within a week or so. All property management companies are not the same, but this one has been great so far. EDIT: Disregard previous review!! Update 9/20/2023 I'm a property owner and this is the third month in a row that I've had issues with them. Namely not getting my owners payment. The first time was in July and nobody called, emailed, or said anything to me at all. Finally after an entire week of my calls not answered... read more
