Customer service is sooooo bad. It's like no one wants to talk to you! I didn't recieve a curtesty call to remind me my tenant's lease was up. I found out only after they had moved out and that's because RPM needed me to pay for something! I asked 3 times to recieved pictures of my property and have yet to recieve any. No one ever answers the office phone, you have to leave a message and hope they get back to you or send an email to the support box and hope they get back to you.
Unresponsive. Even in an emergency. Greedy. Corrupt. Whether your house is flooding or your air conditioning is busted. Absolute trash.

Worst experience dealing with a property management company. Went days without any contact during freezing conditions. Sent unqualified handyman to deal with major mechanical issues.
I WISH I COULD GIVE NEGATIVE STARS! Hands down the worst property management company in existence. They are terrible people with a terrible business practice. They will charge you completely ridiculous fees for everything and you don't get a choice. Resigning lease fees after we've lived here for over 5 years. Raising the rent to ridiculous prices but will not fix the house. Blame the owner for everything but he is actually a nice guy. They falsify mold reports.
