We've had a good experience with Real Property Management Champion. The Property manager Jamie , and Maria from the management office, both of them have been very nice and helpful. They made our move in and application easy and straightforward. The property seems safe and nice and quiet, the townhome is nice inside and convenient drive to highway 17 and I40. Also thanks for David from maintenance, he was prompt and nice and took care of our move in problems. He also went over and beyond by power washing the front of our home... read more

This is nice and quiet property. Very neat , plenty natural light inside of Townhouse.you can enjoy the pond of back porch , some Turtles and fish, listen to birds sing in the morning, and frog croak at night. Property is convenient to go to restaurants, shopping, different parks...... Especially property manager Jamie, and office service assistance Maria, they are very thoughtful and caring, they try to help with any problems if needed. We appreciate it!
I will never use this company because of the following interaction: We were driving on Highway i-40 on Thursday morning, 9/11/25. Someone who works for Real Property Management was driving a company truck was weaving in and out of traffic and abruptly cut in front of us with an improper lane change. We had to jam on our brakes to avoid a collision (this is at 65 mph). We then were getting a photo and the driver had the arrogance to wave at us.
