This property management is trash and Frank is a piece of shit and so is the owner! We’ve been having problems with our neighbors and their kids running around the apartment all hours of the night, making so much noise. We even had our property vandalized by the neighbor and you would think that’s probable cause to evict them but no, they’re still here. This review is a culmination of 2 years of renting a property that this location manages. This is by far the worst experience I've ever had dealing with a rental property. The short answer, look elsewhere if you plan on renting property. Sure they are fine if you have a home built in the last 15 years and you have ZERO issues. But what determines good customer service is how you handle your clients and customers when issues or concerns arise.
