Matt is the most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with. He doesn't take care of the properties he manages. Harrasses renters, walks in unnaounced, and steals things. I had the chance to talk to a friend who knows him well, as he was mortified that I would deal with Matt. Our lease ran up, and thankfully we moved.
