I have a major water leak and my refrigerator stopped working and I lost hundreds of dollars of groceries. This has been the worst experience I have ever experienced. I wouldn’t want my worst enemy to rent from these SLUMLORDS! Please save yourself the headache and don’t rent from them.........
I was a customer (Property Owner) with Real Property Management Capital for ** 7 YEARS **. They heard that I was looking into other property management companies and Veronica (the horribly under-qualified "operations manager"...yeah, right!) decided that she was NOT GOING TO PAY ME THE RENT THEY COLLECTED FOR MY PROPERTY because she wanted to "talk to me". It's really as simple as that. They still have NOT PAID ME, and I did / said NOTHING to trigger their action of WITHHOLDING MY OWNER DRAW. This is a HORRIBLE organization ... read more
