So I looked it up online and property management is supposed to take care of landscaping and maintenance and none have that has been done. I change my own air filters and have been mowing the lawn and watering. So I don’t have a good review for you.
Tanner Jenkins at Real Property Management has been an amazing property manager! He has gone the extra mile for me many times. Dealing with a difficult tenant (NOT vetted by him), getting my house ready to put on the market and watching over my property until it sold. I live out of state so his involvement was extremely important. I highly recommend RPM Nampa and Tanner!
The property management has been really great about getting back to us in a timely manner. They fix maintenance issues in a timely manner and help keep the house and property in great shape.
Extremely helpful in getting our house ready and renters in quick.
