Applied for a rental (paid the application fee) got an email from Tanner saying there was someone ahead of us and they were waiting for section 8 housing inspection and that he would get back to me whether it passed or not. No reply. Emailed him last night and as of 10:15 this morning still have not heard from them if the inspection passed, if the people were approved or if the home is still open for renters.
