Extremely fast response time on a service call i requested. Tanner and Shawn were very helpful and easy to talk to and set up.
Well , I’ve been with RPM ( real property management) for over 15 years, and I can say it hasn’t been great! Each time there is a turn over in management they mess everything up. I was ready to call it quits just before Tanner took over. I told him about my experiences, and that I was done with this company, and he asked for a shot to prove he was different. Been here 5 years and absolutely love it. Love the location, the size is just right for me and property management service is great. Cost is very reasonable.
I have been renting from the company for 3 years now. The process was easy. They stay on top of the Maintence request for the most part. Tanner has been a good asset to the company since coming on. He responds and takes care of any concerns.
