Brian helped me with a couple things around my apartment on a busy Friday for their team. He took the time to stop by and run a quick diagnostic on both issues, left to get all necessary equipment, and even left some spares after finishing the repairs. Throughout he was professional, patient, and extremely pleasant to interact with. Thank you Brian!

Brian from the maintenance team has been great to work with. He’s very friendly, professional, and responsive. He fixed multiple issues in my apartment and took the time to explain things and make sure everything was working properly. He’s also actively helping me with getting the windows replaced, which I really appreciate. It’s clear he cares about helping residents and getting things done right.

Had to have a shower faucet removed it had come to the end of its time . We had arthur to fix it . He was super courteous and quickly got the problem fixed.
