Had a showing with Sam. He kept great communication, arrived on time for the showing, and was very polite. Sam let me inspect everything in the unit, and was very knowledgeable. He definitely helped us out and I appreciate his time.
On sat morning work up to mess in bathroom. The property maintenance person came out quickly fix the problem. We have been with over 3 years really happy with them. I would recommend you looking for place to check them out. Thank for your help Tammy
They are really good. I have been a Tennant under their management for 3yrs now and I had no issues. Every small/big issue that I had with the house have been taken care of ASAP and they are very professional. Their online portal saves a ton of time to be honest. Also me and my wife once had to get a notary from the town hall as a proof of residency, I reached RPM and one of their employees walked with us to the town hall to get us the notary. Overall its a great property management company.
