Great People and service
Began managing my property several years back and initially everything was great; I dealt directly with the owner. Communication and service has since gone down hill; generic email addresses that cannot be replied to and so many different people reaching out to me. Nothing proactive. Each tenant turnover has cost me thousands of dollars of damage repairs and each touch point with Apex to be proactive in managing a tenant costs $$.
