Adrian is fantastic! I couldn’t ask for a more attentive and patient agent. After dealing with a pushy agent a year earlier I was very discouraged about finding a home. I had a very frustrating experience with Ryan as a property manager. I had a showing scheduled for 3:30 pm and he called me just 30 minutes before to cancel because an application had been submitted and was already approved. While I understand that rentals can move quickly, this was handled very unprofessionally. I rearranged my entire schedule and was driving in from out of town specifically for this showing. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR MONEY!!! After signing a contract and giving $700 up front, my house went 2 weeks with no rent sign up. When addressed with agent, Ryan, he blamed it on the wind. I ran a special for 1st month rent which was not advertised correctly for days. When brought to my agents attention, his response was he does not control the internet.
