Professional and Tons of Local Knowledge – This property management company is very professional. To start with, they answer their phone almost every time during business hours. They also have a very simple fee structure. They have property managers with years of experience.
Find a different property management company – Like the other posting, I have found my experience with Real Property Mgmnt to be dismal, at best. Phone calls are not returned, emails returned most of the times but not until very long delays. Without any notice to me, the manager assigned to my property quit at the same time my property was being vacated. I assumed (wrongfully) that the transition to another tenant was moving forward. Very poor customer service – We were very disappointed with the services provided by Real Property Management. Emails went unanswered, phone calls went unreturned, and assignements and tasks went accomplished. Best thing to do if your going to use these folks is hire a property manager to manage this property manager.
