Slum lords is exactly right! I mean if you enjoy paying for 1400 a month for a 1980s trailer that the owner didn't even know how to install door knobs properly, because all rooms had the locks on the outside of the doors 🤦♀️ besides that, it's a property management company that does not "Really" look after clients properties. They charge fees that usually are paid for things like inspection maintenance etc. , but here is the kickers , instead they charge you then make you do the inspection and send them pictures . Slumlords. All the properties are old,outdated, and over priced. Don't take my word, check them out for yourself.
