I've have been using RPM for a year now. I do not see anything proprietary about using this company. Communication has always been an issue. Tenants were trying to inquire about my home and could not get in touch with anyone in the office. I do not like the fact that I have to submit an email rather than actually speak with someone regarding concerns. I have never been fortunate enough to have a property management team who seemed as if they really cared. Lisa and the rest of the team at Real Property make the best team. I never called unless I had an issue that was important to our family and they treated each of our calls with urgency and promptness. The staff here are top notch and I would recommend this company to anyone.
