I'm very happy with the technicians who came, they cleaned the heat pump and air handler very meticulously, they had the heat pump apart, vacuumed it, power washed it and went in the attic and cleaned the air handler and replaced the filter, they definitely made my day and I'm not going to have to worry about the maintenance on my heat pump, I'm very confident with their knowledge and expertise.
We had Real HVAC install 2 heat pumps several years ago. They did a wonderful job, so we've had a service agreement with them since then. All of the technicians who have serviced our systems have been incredibly knowledgeable and explained any issues in laymen's terms. In the past year, Kyle has been the technician and has been efficient and kind. The administrative staff have also been wonderful! We highly recommend Real HVAC!
On Sunday, 5/31, at close to 10:00am I called this company to have someone come out to do an AC check because everything seemed to be working but we weren't getting any cold air. The lady I spoke with was super nice and said someone would call me momentarily to schedule an appointment. Today is Monday, 6/1 at 11:50pm and I still haven't received a call back. Ocean Terrace Condominiums in Ocean City hired Real HVAC Services to replaced the main water line in our building. The building consists of 39 Condominium units. They were great to work with and did a fantastic job at a reasonable price. This was a major endeavor and they completed the replacement of all main water pipes in three days which is remarkable. I highly recommend Real HVAC Services for any service you may need.
