Jeff was prompt and professional. Took his time to research options for the fix and made sure everything was completed so hearing system was working again.
Our 16-year-old heat pump shook itself to death when when one of the fan blades broke. After-hours emergency call to Real HVAC Services walked me through cutting power to the outside unit while getting emergency power from the indoor unit. Hunter, who we met for the first time, came as scheduled for our winter maintenance service. He was very courteous and friendly, asked questions about the locations of our units, and then immediately went to work. Regular HVAC service in Crisfield this morning. Real technician Hunter found an irregularity in the capacitor and went back to Salisbury to get a new one and install it, same day. Thanks, Hunter! Great job!
