These guys (Tyler Nielsen, Tyler Johnston, Scott DeYoung) are a fraud. We were told the apartment would be professionally cleaned. My son just moved in yesterday only to find hair shavings in bathroom soap dish, leaves and bug trap on bedroom carpet floor, oil dripping from oven/cook top, a pickle jar lid in cabinet. What a fraud. See pics attached. I plan to contact an attorney. Do not hire these guys to manage your property. Or for any reason.
