I have the best landlord ever.. I have lived in my rental for 5 years now …I call.. and RPG is there within a hour…Scott is not only persistent..but consistent…My air went out and I watch littles during the day…thank you RPG for having my back with tenant problems as they are fixed ASAP…I will always be greatful for this company…thank you…Marweda Belcher….

It took four calls and four attempts to repair the dangerous stairs and for nearly three years one of three available washing machines was out of service. I needed to make a security deposit before I could move in but they waited til the last possible day to refund my deposit. It was all about spending the least possible on maintenance but getting our rent and required renters insurance on time. Repaired structures are left bare wood and unpainted which is an eyesore. It's going downhill fast.
I was very pleased a happy with the quick response to fix the problem. The gentleman was very kind as always. He seems to enjoy his job. A very cheerful person makes it a joy to see him coming. .Thanks again for the great service.
