If I could give 0 stars I would. You need to know these things before renting through Monique Hall. We have lived in this apartment for almost 1 year. Monique Hall is truly the meanest and rudest person I have ever met in my life. Sometimes it felt like she might resist, it was just because we were not from here. She was always rude to us. Extremely unprofessional in the way the agents communicated with clients. I’ve tried to get hold of the listing agent via phone what is quite normal but have been advised to email. Additionally, agent even after I confirmed I attend a viewing cancels with 40 minutes to go while I was already on the way. Definitely not recommend. Disappointed.
