Stay away. I have used the Saranac location several times and have had poor repairs and they tried to pull a scam on me big time. The first problem was with a van that we had them try to fix an electrical issue with the tail lights burning out bulbs. I paid for it the first time then had to take it back 3 or 4 more times after they said it was fixed. I even paid again another time. There was obviously a short somewhere and they weren't able to even test it to find the problem. They tried to charge me a couple of the other ti... read more

I was taught that if you don't have anything nice to say sometimes its best to not say anything at all. We did have a technician make a mistake on this job. I am the first one to admit that. Thanks Real Pro! Dave W was super kind and helpful unlike anything I've experienced at other shops. He was happy to provide any explanation and advice I needed. I decided not to get my car fixed based on how old it was and the problems it had, but they will have a repeat customer in me.
These guys are professionals all the way and will bend over backwards to help you.
Great service and an honest people to do business with! Took my car in to have a few things done and received the best service! Got into my car to drive home and there was a note in there telling me that they did a small repair to my left front and rear qtr panel. I guess it drove the tech working on my car crazy lol. This shop cracked my windshield during work that was being done under the hood. The Manager informed as he was calling to update me on the progress of the work being done. The manager first asked if I had existing chip in my windshield and said that his mechanic had rested his hand on the windshield as he was trying to remove the dash from the inside. The Manager refused to fix the windshield claiming that the prior chip caused the windshield to weaken and lead to the crack they caused. They took zero responsibility. In the ... read more
These guys go above and beyond what service is. Not only will they drive you places and pick you up if you need it while your car is being serviced, but they call afterwards to make sure all is well.
