I had a great experience with Lily. She is very professional, kind, and truly talented at what she does. She takes her time to make sure everything looks perfect and pays attention to the small details, which I really appreciate. My nails always come out beautiful, clean, and exactly how I want. I always leave happy with my nails.
I love them! Always do my nails nicely and they last as long as a month unlike other places i’ve tried in the past.
I had a very disappointing experience at this nail salon. Their appointment system is extremely unorganized. Even when you schedule ahead of time, you still end up waiting, and they don’t seem to respect their own appointment times. The owner, Lynn, was also very rude and unprofessional. Instead of trying to resolve concerns or make the experience better, she came across as dismissive and unfriendly. Another frustrating part is the constant extra charges.
