EXTREMELY unprofessional. Does not treat tenants right according to the LAW. Condescending and cold. Was told I had to move exactly 1 week before my scheduled C section. Moved out and was told to make a walk through appointment, Steve Lins claims he was “busy” said pictures would be taken. Never in life heard of that but I said ok. Out of $1950 security deposit only $478 is trying to be returned. Blind cleaning fee of $445 and other charges that were not allocated for. Will be filing legal claim against his agency
Food is always fresh and tasty. Tacos could be a little bit more sized for fullness. They seem a little light but still taste good. I love the Baja Fresh drink! Customer service is always friendly
Top notch living at an affordable price
If I could give 0 stars I would. Every since they took over it’s been horrible. No regards to the property (homeless people hanging out, trash and carts full of trash right by your door), there’s literally a tree hanging about to fall and they still haven’t attempted to to it. Like a previous review they don’t respond in a timely matter to maintenance request.
