Maria came recommended by our mortgage broker and that was a fortunate thing. We ended up buying the first house we saw and Maria really made sure it was the house we wanted. She worked hard to get us into all the places we wanted to compare it to so that we were sure of our favorite. Her friendly disposition, professional work ethic and caring attitude made our house-hunting and subsequent purchase a great experience and we cannot thank her enough.
This was not a great experience at all. I am giving them two stars because one of the agents there at least tried somewhat to help however it was really weird period. Reached out to Maria Richards on Zillow twice, on a Thursday & NO response. So I waited until Sunday then I looked up her contact info so I could leave a voicemail which I did about a particular property. Never heard from her.
