My insurance company contacted/referred me to about 5 different councilors who then reached out to me via email. I called a couple of the places and they sounded fine and seemed like they could help me through the rough patch I'm going through, at the moment. It's nice that they accept state insurance, but that's about it. We were passed around from counselor to counselor. The first one was a student and needed more experience, this was coming from their supervisor. The second one was constantly knitting and somewhat passive during our sessions, and then moved to Canada. The last counselor we saw was the best fit, but out of nowhere their branch shut down and all communication was cut off. This abrupt ending was it for us.
