real hot yoga was my first introduction to group classes when I moved to NJ. not only are the front desk staff incredibly nice, but each of the instructors are diligent in their practice and make the space feel welcoming to all levels. The community is strong and I always love showing up to class and seeing familiar faces! Would definitely recommend for anyone of any level and make sure to check out some of the special classes they do each month!

I have been attending classes at Real Hot yoga Montvale for a while and I can confidently say it's one of the best decisions I've made for my wellness routine. From the moment you walk in, the space feels warm, welcoming and thoughtfully designed. The studio is clean, calming, and perfectly heated to really get the full benefits of a hot yoga practice. Real Hot Yoga in Montvale is truly one of a kind! The studio is absolutely beautiful, spotless, and top-notch, but what really sets it apart are the people. Biggest shoutout goes to Deb, the amazing owner 🙌. Last week, I hadn’t signed up for class, and Alex (who always greets with such warmth) let me know it was full.
