Quite literally my home away from home! Truly the best studio in Hoboken, amazing classes, staff, and community!
An incredible studio with exceptional teachers and a genuinely welcoming community. The classes are thoughtfully sequenced, the instruction is clear, and every teacher brings something unique. I’ve grown so much in my practice here and always leave feeling better than when I walked in. I highly recommend this studio to anyone looking for high-quality yoga in a supportive environment.
Incredible yoga classes and brilliant people - especially Mary and Alex, they are just the best! It's worth driving half way across the state to come here!
