Marriott Courtyard on Pearl was nothing short of a disappointment. This hotel doesn't deserve to fly the Marriott flag - it would be much more suited being a Motel 6. Spend your money elsewhere and steer clear.
They treat their employees like garbage. We were working at the Moxy NYC hotel Downtown that REAL manages up until the pandemic when they closed. They told us nothing and never paid us out our hard earned vacation and personal days. Now 9 months later still nothing and time’s are tough They didn’t respond to our calls and now we are contacting a lawyer. Stay away from these people they have no morales.
