Real help concrete was recommended by our pool installer and we now can see why. Josh actually made the initial sales call to us and continues to stay in touch to this day regarding a re seal. It’s great to deal with the owner of a company even though you know you don’t need to. He could easily hire someone to handle these types of tasks but takes his job personally which reflects on their work and customer satisfaction. I at this point would use no one else. Nice job Josh thanks for being a Buffalo guy.
We had Real Help install a new patio in late October 2017. The process was easy from estimate to completed work. Communication was great and everything went as planned with minor adjustments for weather which of course we expected. Speaking of weather, when they were applying the color we got an unexpected rain shower that caused the color to not turn out as they would have liked. Josh and his crew did a great job on our patio last September. And we enjoyed our hot tub on it all this winter. Now looking forward to spending a lot of time on the patio this summer. We love the work they did and the help picking out stamp patterns and colors.
