It seems to be a relatively expensive program and then throw in the long term maintenance fees, I have a hard time seeing the value. Then when you order the forms to go with it be prepared, if the cost of the form isn't enough the over priced shipping charges will be. They have lots of cool marketing items to help you and your business. I just checked a competitor. I was looking for the plastic bags for door hanging invoices. Have always had very helpful techs. Yes sometimes it takes awhile for them to get back to us. You have to take calls in order. The best software I've used. Just wish we could afford some of there other services

It's really frustrating waiting for this app to load my route listing, especially when my work is temperature sensitive and I need to be efficient. Even more frustrating is the fact that I can fertilize a 7000 square foot lawn quicker than I can pull up my route listing. I could crap out a better app.
