RecommendedWe are long time customers that have had many versions of the software. This is by far the most user friendly/easy to use one yet. I really noticed that training a new person on the software takes significantly less time now. Real Green is always willing to work with us when we need something else added that we think would benefit others as well as our company. I feel like they are doing a great job of constantly making updates to better the system.
My wife as used their systems, way to many issues and bugs. We decided to use LMN software. What a difference.
This system is crap. MY REPORTS ARE WRONG in the results set and TAKE FOREVER. VERY BUGGY Software. Exception error constantly on some of my screen WHY I'm paying for a software over $2000 and on top for something I will never own. Doing an extract of MY DATA will be pointless to migrating..... THIS WAS A SOLUTION for 1990 not 2020... I'm out for this peace of JUNK SA5..........
i wouldn't reccomend them to my worst enemy. what a rip off.

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!!! Stay far away. Nothing works correctly, poor layout, very slow. We used SA4 for years and it worked but SA5 is the worst program I have used for anything. BAD!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Get RealGreen and get nothing done. We recently switched to SA5 and it's the worst move we've made. With over 5000 customers, our office staff is nearly in tears because they cannot get anything done. We have Google Ad Campaigns running, phones are ringing but RealGreen is dropping the ball. At one time, RealGreen provided a huge value to the lawn care industry with this software. Many companies could have accomplished the growth they have, without them. RIDICULOUS!!!!!! Never works always buffering! Measure assistant never works. I have phones ringing off hook and can’t do my work! SA4 worked great. Why fix something that wasn’t broken????
