Worst management I’ve ever dealt with. The landlords here in Milton Florida are terrible people. I caught the landlord smoking marijuana in front of my apartment. The other landlord told me and my husband we did not have to pay rent because she was moving us into a one bedroom apartment and then told us we were going to be evicted for not paying rent in the two bedroom apartment. Management group is in charge of Knoll Ridge Apartments in Indianapolis Indiana. Apartment staff is extremely unprofessional. I was given the wrong unit, and was promised a washer and dryer within 2 weeks. It has been 6 months and I have not recieved a washer and dryer. Staff continues to push me off. The apartments expects me to pay a moving fee for their inconvenience. The office turns in rent late despite turning in your rent on time.
