Management group is in charge of Knoll Ridge Apartments in Indianapolis Indiana. Apartment staff is extremely unprofessional. I was given the wrong unit, and was promised a washer and dryer within 2 weeks. It has been 6 months and I have not recieved a washer and dryer. Staff continues to push me off. The apartments expects me to pay a moving fee for their inconvenience. The office turns in rent late despite turning in your rent on time. We have had a water pipe bust in our bathroom, water is flowing all on the carpet in the bedroom next door to the bathroom and the entire floor is soaked The toilet is clogged and unusable We have contacted mgt for two weeks we need a matience man out here ASAP
