My first time working with Vince was on a design build for a client. He had good insight from start to finish. Over the years he has been a great resource and has the experience needed for building in the arctic. I never hesitate to call him
Vince has helped me with numerous projects
Vince is the best there is! Had an inspection from him before purchasing my first home and he made me feel very confident that I was purchasing a great house!
Very thorough, friendly, and punctual. He even brings snacks for you to enjoy while he is going through the property for you. He has inspected a couple of houses for us now. Vince is out trusted first choice above the other inspectors and reports we have seen.
Vince was a caring professional throughout the entire process and went to extra mile for us to make sure our new home was ready for us. I would recommend his services to anyone looking at buying a home, he's the best.
