Very thorough, friendly, and punctual. He even brings snacks for you to enjoy while he is going through the property for you. He has inspected a couple of houses for us now. Vince is out trusted first choice above the other inspectors and reports we have seen.

I had a challenging project ahead of me. The project was in Harding Lake, and between the soil, the steep bank, the low water table and the deck that was not built to code and was in dire need of engineering. Vince came to the rescue who is hard to believe that he would be willing to go all the way up to Harding Lake during the busy summer weeks, but he made the time and it was much appreciated.
