Fantastic place to get a great conditioning workout! Classes are small and intense. Instructors are really good guys.
This is a great place to maintain your fitness. The people (trainers and members) are fun and friendly, and there are lots of cross training classes focused in a balanced workout. Classes are spread throughout the day so you can make something work with your schedule.
This gym is a game-changer. The experience of working out with a personal trainer without the paying the price of a personal trainer. Also, the class structure is very, very efficient.
What’s NOT to like?! There’s a multitude of class times, making it easy to fit your own schedule and workout whenever you can. The instructor, Joe, is VERY knowledgeable about fitness and always tries to help set workouts or weight lifting to fit your own specific needs or goals! He makes you feel right at home and guides you to be the best that you can be.
