I was extremely excited to buy this brand new construction townhouse through Karen and that was it all the excitement went away by switching words and I end up not buying this house thank GOD and now they try to play this game to hold my $5000 deposit giving us hard time to give my deposit back DO NOT BUY FROM THIS Realtor please !!!
