I spoke with multiple 1031 exchange DST consultants, and I found Taylor Armstrong and Real Estate Transaction Solutions to the be the best advisors and consultants in the space. Their counsel was balanced, their analysis work was much better at realistically framing the alternatives and the likely rewards, and they were much less sales oriented and more advisory. I strongly recommend them for anyone contemplating a 1031 exchange into a Delaware State Trust.
