Very bad plumbing issues no hot water plumbing is always plugging up because of the trees landlords won't fix anything this house is a money pit do not buy and this house has no upgrades foundation is leaning rat infested house also realty solutions don't keep anything up or replace anything do not buy this house you'll never own it outright do you want a house with foundation trouble this is it no foundation put 3000 dollars in the plumbing to get it to work right and still had plumbing problems and fixed the gas line in th... read more
