Kevin Shapkin was a nightmare to deal with. He offered to do a showing for my family and I, but then just randomly started ignoring me after I asked if it would be possible to do a virtual showing at his requested time as I live 3.5 hours away and are relocating for a job. It's not easy on my 5 year old and 6 month old to be stuck in a car for 7 hours, not to mention the cost of using an entire tank of fuel these days on a single showing of a rental.
