We have been using RES to facilitate the rental and maintenance needs of our condo for the past 4 years. The staff is professional, courteous and always keeps us abreast of anything we might need to know regarding our property. We had one tenant turnover and RES worked swiftly to have a new tenant in the unit within a matter of days of the former tenant leaving. Avoid this company. This company claims to be a full service property management company. If you are an owner using this company to manage your property they will walk all over you. This company will not allow you to have a say in anything. They will make decisions based on their "professional opinion." They lack all the professionalism in the world. The owner is always wrong according to this company. Buyer beware.
Very thankful to have found this company – We've had to rent out our house in Jacksonville since 2010 and started with a different one-man company (Navy to Navy Homes) and were displeased with this one-man operations ability to handle our concerns in a timely manner. Don't make the same mistake - unprofessional and poor customer service – This rental and property management company only wants your money and nothing more. Satisfactory customer service up to the point when you sign a lease or contract or hand over the money. Despite having a fancy website, company is a one-person shop run by Greg Weik.
