Julie has been my property manager for 3 houses now and is the best in the business.
Renters beware! 1 star because 0 is not an option. My rental was transferred to Julie's company when my agent moved, and she was fine to work with when I was stopping in the office to give her money. However, when I moved out she turned out to be very unprofessional. When she didn't show up to do the walk-through and collect the keys I contacted her and she said she had forgotten (even though I saw her add it to her calendar when we scheduled) and she said she was too busy with paperwork to meet me.
