I would give them zero stars if I could. They have a terrible response time for any and all repairs. In addition, they rented us a home with an improperly installed air conditioning unit which had toxic mold growing and blowing directly in our house. They did nothing to resolve the mold issue and our whole family got sick from it. We had to move out and continue to pay rent in the moldy house until our lease was up. Horrible! We kept telling them about our neighbors harassing us over unassigned parking spaces and they didn't do anything. They kept saying they would and they never did! Don't rent with them!
Rented from them. Didn't really like anyone involved. Very unresponsive to issues with the areas or the people involved with the area
Have been living in a property managed by this company since April and they DO NOT care about their tenants. We have had one neighbor that constantly deals drugs out of their apartment, throws aggressive tantrums over unassigned parking, has had their apartment searched by three police agencies related to felony charges, screams and has domestic violence altercations multiple times a week in the middle of the night and smokes cigarettes inside the apartment which then fills my apartment with second hand smoke.
