Getting real tired of this property service. No communication whatsoever. I'm glad I dont rent with them anymore. Several voicemails and emails. Apparently they're hella busy. In my BOOK, they are NO GOOD Thought I'd get a response on here... a week has gone by. Smh

I was a previous renter with this agency. I paid all of my dues and nothing is owed. I received an email in June saying we were approved to have my security deposit returned. Since then, I have yet to see anything come through. My question is, how and when am I supposed to receive it. It's almost 60 days since my move out date and nothing.

I rented with this company for 2 years and never once heard from them about any of my maintenance requests. I had to talk to the property maintenance guy or the owner of the property. Then I moved out the 30th of May and they had the audacity to charge me $260 for a pro rated rent for the month of July. After sending an email and calling them over and over again I have yet to get a response as to why they charged me rent when I moved out in May. Oh and their website! Bed bugs were invading my apartment roaches started to crawl into the apartment from the other unkept apartment. I had bugs crawling through my AC unit that bit me and my child all over the body. We had to go to the hospital. They stalled and didn't do much about the bugs they just kept sending inspector out to inspect but never treated the apartment. Do NOT rent from them. This company is cheap and not willing to help you if you need it. I never trusted them from the start. They tried to charge me twice for the holding fee. I had to call numerous times to get my security deposit sent. They claimed it was late because of the mailing system but the check was stamped 10 days after the date they “sent it out”. Landscaping was never done because of “covid” and the laundry room was never fixed because of “covid”. Maintenance requests will never get done and you will never get ... read more
