Had an appointment to look at one of their properties yesterday, and no one showed up, they message me today and tell me they have someone signing the lease, they couldn't bother to tell me not to show up, completely unprofessional

I can never get ahold of them and when they tell me someone is coming out to my property that I am renting from them the person never shows. I have needed their maintanence person to come out and fix a few things since middle of april and no one has showed up yet. If I could give them 0 stars I would.
They've been managing a property of mine in the Springdale area for about 2 years now. They are great about handling everything. They don't call me for minor repairs and handle minor issues themselves. They are prompt. My tenant hasn't complained. Very good to work with.
