This is my 3rd real estate transaction and I would without a doubt never recommend Ruth Ann to any person whether they are selling or buying a home. She is extremely unprofessional, cannot keep up with timelines, frequently makes promises to do things that she never follows up on and will make the closing process extremely drawn out and painful.
