I was not planning on buying a new house, however an opportunity presented itself that was a perfect fit for me and my family. I contacted Steve and began the process. Steve was very accommodating and was quick to respond to my calls/texts (something I find very important). There were a few bumps along the way that Steve went above and beyond to help me navigate. While looking back, there may be a few things I would have done differently, Steve's performance gets an A+ from me. We'll done!
I have worked with Steve on the purchase and sale of a home, and now looking for another home. He works hard and knows the information to ask and check on while scheduling showings and being available when my schedule allows. He doesn’t lose energy and has not disappointed in his efforts! Steve was great to work with and he made everything easy. He was extremely helpful and went the extra mile - such as helping me with getting a firm to handle the estate clean-out or returning a router that used for the home security system.
